Automobile
The automotive wiring harness team has over ten years of project research and development experience, having led the development of complete vehicle wiring harnesses for the Beiqi passenger car C30D/C33DD/C40D/C40HDB and Beiqi Weiwang Micro M20/M40S/M50N projects. They can cooperate with customers for vehicle installation verification, provide electrical principle mapping, and connector selection technology.
Signal line
The subsidiary phase change energy has obtained the qualification to produce signal line series wires and cables, and has passed the UL product certification in the United States, which can meet the supply of wire harness raw materials for signal lines. Strict quality control measures are taken in the selection of materials for phase change energy, with special attention paid to the use of key raw materials such as high-purity copper wire and high-quality insulation materials, to ensure that the conductivity and insulation performance of the product reach the best state, making the cable more durable.
Power Cord
The company obtained the 3C product certification license for power cord plugs in 2014. The power plug includes a housing, plug frame, temperature detection element, plug blade, and power wire. The top surface of the plug skeleton is equipped with a fixing groove in the middle, and the temperature detection element is installed in the installation groove of a mounting bracket and fixed by inserting it into the fixing groove through the mounting bracket.
Signal Light
The indicator light is processed by the shell sealing process, and the plastic parts of the product are made of PC material with excellent light transmission and flexibility.
Wire
The subsidiary of the group, Phase Change, has the production qualifications for national standard CCC single core wire, national standard CCC sheathed wire, American standard UL single core wire, and American standard UL sheathed wire, and has obtained relevant certification certificates. The company has multiple wire twisting machines, extruders, and roughing machines.
